For centuries, philosophers and holy men have pondered one of the great questions of the universe: What is the meaning of life? We are no closer to solving that enigma than they were, but very soon we will be able to determine the solution to an equally important query:
Who would win in a fight, Batman or Superman?
For decades, school children, teenagers and adults have argued about which superhero would reign supreme in combat with each other. Now, the answer is near at hand.
The new game from NetherRealm Studios called Injustice: Gods among us is a versus- style fighting game, where the players control famous superheroes from the DC Comics universe. Finally, players can pit their favourite DC hero against other characters and settle the all-important debate pertaining to the question: “Who is the greatest superhero of them all?”
Characters that can be played include Superman, Batman, Doomsday, The Flash, Lex Luthor, The Joker and Bane, and the full cast includes over 24 playable characters.
The gameplay utilises a four button attack layout, with controls for light, medium and heavy attacks, as well as a character-specific attack button. The fighting arenas are massive, and characters can smash each other through walls and buildings, and also interact with objects within stages.
You can whet your appetite with DC Comics while you wait for the release of Injustice, scheduled to hit the stores on 19 April
