Gamers rejoice! Apart from the show stealing Destiny which has just come out, two other highly lauded video games have just been released: Dead Rising 3 and The Sims 4.

Dead Rising 3 is the third instalment in the popular Dead Rising series. As per the previous games, players will navigate a hostile environment teaming with zombies in order to collect weapons and supplies. The game is set ten years after the events in Dead Rising 2 and players control a young mechanic named Nick Ramos as he battles to protect himself and the lives of his friends. As usual with these games, expect a ton of ultra violent action and a host of disturbing enemies as you blaze a trail of mayhem through the open world environment of Los Perdidos.

The Sims 4 is bound to be popular; every previous iteration has sold millions of copies. This fourth episode is no different in its outlook. It is a life simulation game in which players control “Sims”  and direct them through various life activities and relationships. A new focus is the emotional state of the Sims and this will effect their interactions and personality.
