Undoubtedly, orange is the new trending lip colour for spring 2014. It’s bright, it’s cool, summery and will definitely have heads turning. This colour was spotted in numerous runway shows at the New York Fashion Week, 2014. Fashion houses such as Rag and Bone, DKNY, Dsquared had their models adorned with various hues, textures and shades of this fabulous colour.

The electric or neon shade is the most popular, suits any skin tone, and is my personal favourite. Other varieties are matte orange (another personal favourite, matte lips are “in” this season), red orange and pink orange. There is a colour for everyone and every look. Be bold and strut your stuff with your lips as the hottest accessory. Pair this look with ‘basic’ black or white, or some pretty soft, floral prints.
