How to exclude your products on Bob Shop via the Bob Sync product feed if you are closing this festive season

If a much-needed rest is what your festive plans entail, we’ve got your back. Just remember to exclude your products on Bob Shop via Bob Sync to ensure you don’t come back to unfulfilled orders and negative ratings. 

The rule to exclude products and variants ensures that products from your source channel are not published to your Bob Shop account. Follow the steps below to remove your items from Bob Sync:

  1. Navigate to the Sync products option on the top right side of your seller dashboard found under the heading Sell a product
  2. Click on Rules under your Product source
  3. Click on Create a new rule on the top right hand side of the page
  4. Select the rule action: “Exclude products/variants for All products”
  5. Once you are happy to proceed, click on Create
  6. Navigate back to Bob Sync on the top left hand side of the page
  7. Under Product source click on Sync products 

Ready to start selling again? Here’s how to relist your products on Bob Shop via Bob Sync:

  1. Navigate to the Sync products option on the top right side of your seller dashboard found under the heading Sell a product
  2. Click on Rules under your Product source
  3. Tick the checkbox and delete the “Exclude products/variants for All products” rule you created
  4. Navigate back to Bob Sync on the top left hand side of the page
  5. Under Product source click on Sync products

How to close your products and disable your feed if you are closing this festive season
