Highly anticipated movies of 2016

Movies are a way to escape, to enter another dimension and for some a great way to spend a date night. The best of them also make us think and stay with us for a long time.
batman-v-superman-dawn-justiceWith the 2016 releases already off to a captivating start, there are still a number of highly anticipated movies to come. This year looks promising for everyone who loves films especially children’s movies and superhero movies.
February’s releases are some of the most anticipated. They include Deadpool, How to be Single, Zoolander 2 and Dirty Grandpa.
March sees a large variety of blockbusters: Zootopia, Kung Fu Panda 3, Divergent: Allegiant (Part 1), My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 and Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice (probably the most anticipated movie of the month).
In April, we see The Jungle Book and Captain America: Civil War – the third instalment in the series- as well as the Angry Birds Movie.
May has the long awaited Xmen: Apocalypse and Alice through the Looking Glass, which sees Alice returning to Wonderland.
finding-doryJune is an exciting time for those of us who have been waiting for the sequel to Finding Nemo since its release in 2003; Finding Dory will be released on the 17th of June.
July seems to be the month with the most anticipated releases, starting with The Legend of Tarzan and Ice Age 5. The third instalment of the Star Trek movies, Roald Dahl’s The BFG, Ghost Busters, The Secret Life of Pets and The Knights of the Round Table: King Arthur are also due to come into the cinemas in July.Later on in the year  and a whole bunch of long awaited films will be released.
All in all, 2016 is looking to be the year of the movies based on comic books. Coming in close second are animated movies that promise to be enjoyed by both children and adults.
